LIVE streaming from the beautiful Foundation Yoga studio in Solana Beach, CA for a morning weekend wake up blend of Pilates - Yoga Fitness to jumpstart your weekend.
My signature class brings the best of 40+ years of fitness instruction right to your screen. Just have a mat, yoga blocks, strap, and bolster. If you don't happen to have all the right props, thick pillows and blankets will also work as I always offer options for all levels.
