Service Description

Our DECEMBER membership live class will be a Fitness & Gyrokinesis blend to wake up your core and invigorate your energy! Grab your foam roller, and some light weights which we will start with. Middle phase is GyroK spinal and joint lubrication and we will end with some "moany-groany" myofascial massage with the roller. See you on the mat! **Due to an upcoming medical procedure for myself, December class is November 30th, depending on my recovery, another class willbe offerd later in December....stay tune!
