Just as a birth ushers a soul entering this life, a death doula guides the exit. I chose to take an intense training which really was not so much about dying, but really provoked a deep contemplation in regards to truly living. While I was educated on many practical and logistical guidelines and regulations, it also deepened my reverence for life and all that comes with it. Something I think we all take very much for granted. 

My goal as a death doula is to support either the dying individual or the family surrounding them or both.  Specifically through my vibrational sound journey experiences.  The various instruments really soothe the soul, calms the nervous systems, and opens up the veil between this life and the next chapter.
