*MAGNIFICENT MONDAY, APRIL 27 : GYROKINESIS®  10 AM PDT. 75 MINUTES*

GYROKINESIS:  20" high stool (or as needed so when seated, hips are higher than knees) or armless/backless chair, thin bath towel and a mat for the floor. If your stool sitting surface is hard, you may wish to have a thin pillow or extra towel for padding. 

**For the April 27 class, please have a loofah, dry brush with handle, or "rough" towel long enough to reach your back.

You may wish to do this "scrubbing" portion of class outside**

*WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29 : PILATES COMBO  4 PM PDT. 60 MINUTES*

PILATES COMBO:  Yoga or slightly padded mat, bath and hand towels, 2 or 3 lb. weights (soup cans or equally weighted books?) small squishy ball, large stability ball (optional, but great if you have one)

*FABULOUS FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2020: FOAM ROLLER FUNNN  10 AM PDT. 60 MINUTES*

6" diameter by 3 feet in length and mat

avoid the hard black roller or may use a towel on it to "soften" the surface

optional light hand weights again

SPACE LIMITED!!

Get ready for some fun fun fun in this special edition 90 minute bonus class.
I (
bio here) and my co hort co worker,
Manuel Velazquez (
bio here), will join me
for a fantastic class.  We'll be FUNKING it up then sliding into STRENGTH challenges,

then diving into some core specific Pilates, and finishing with soothing stretches.... no doubt, we will challenge your mind, body

and coordination, enliven your laughing muscles (it's gotta be FUN!),

AND finally we'll end with a well deserved relaxation sequence designed to instill peace, calm, and a deep sense of well being.

We will stay online afterwards a few minutes for questions and discussion.  Feedback is most welcome!  Chat box will be open during class, but I will not be able to stop and read or answer questions during class time. 

 

IMPORTANT: Please log on early enough prior to class as you will need to wait in the Zoom "waiting room" to be admitted. Once we begin class, we are unable to let you in.  REMEMBER, THIS IS A SPACE LIMITED CLASS!!
